Pasadena Nursing Center - Assisted Living & Post Acute Facility

Staff is really caring and nice, but entire building needs an update. Rooms are dingy and the ventilation and air quality is horrible. There isn't any secure outdoor space for patients to walk or get fresh air, only a small area for smoking. Also, what is with the telephones there? They never answer the phone , which then makes it impossible to get to talk to your loved ones. When i went to visit, no one was at the "secure" front entrance, so i just let myself in and hopped on an elevator and found my relative. . What if I wasnt a safe person???! Not okay.

I think that the place seemed secure , but the dinner looked very limited of food . The proportions of good food with meat should be increased . Maybe they need donations.... IDK ....

The best place ever for my mom. It’s super clean and nice. My mom is living there for 2 years now, and I cannot be happier than this. Before I bring my mom here, I checked some other nursing homes. All had bad odor and dirty. But in this 2 years , I never felt any bad smelling at Legacy. Nurses are super friendly and caring and all staffs are very kind and respectful towards my mom and me.

My dad is bedridden and admitted at legacy since January 2020. every time I go and check on him, he is clean, calm and happy. I ask my dad every time if staffs are nice with you. He always responds all of them are nice, and some of them they care of me like their own father. Staffs at Legacy is main consolation for me when I’m at work. I feel comfortable after I saw and hear from my dad how caring they are.
