Pasadena Ear and Hearing

Dr. Michael and his assistant Mathew are fantastic. They’re always efficient, on time, professional and very helpful. Dr. Michael listened to my problem I had with the fit on my hearing aids causing pain, and he changed and replaced a part on my hearing aids so that they fit more comfortably.

This place is the best. Most hearing test places are like a fast food restaurant: get in, get it done, and get out. They couldn't care less about your experience. In fact, before I called Pasadena Ear & Hearing I called another place and the receptionist was, to put it politely, brusque. Okay, I'll be straight: she was rude. When I called Pasadena Ear & Hearing my experience could not have been more opposite. Matthew was personable and even made me laugh when I made my appointment. When I got to their office, Michael and Matthew were so incredible. They were patient and personable. I was nervous about some of the tests and Michael took the time to walk me through exactly what was happening and what the test was measuring and why it was important. He never made me feel like I was annoying

Was very easy and fast to get a first appointment with Dr T, recommended by my husband' s ENT. He took time explaining my husband's hearing levels, the hearing aids' components and how to trouble shot. When problems arise both Dr T & Matthew are willing to see you and help! We appreciate your care! Good sense of humor too! 🙂

The team and service here is WONDERFUL..!! I needed a hearing exam because my wife said I CAN’T hear her..lol. Matthew answered and scheduled me with my appointment in the most courteous and professional manner I’ve experienced from a clinic. Dr. Michael was warm and knowledgeable in assessing my hearing. You’ll be glad you came to this clinic instead of others and will your smiling from ear to ear after your visit. Thank you TEAM..!!

Michael and Matthew were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and helped me figure out the best way to improve my hearing. They made the experience very pleasant and I felt very heard and seen. Michael also did a great job of explaining the mechanisms in my ear that are likely causing the hearing loss.
