Parveen Jaglan, OD

I have been going to Dr. Jaglan for probably 10 years! Her and her staff are amazing. She is truly brilliant, she is efficient, competent and considerate, the office is clean and they are always on time. Monica is very knowledgeable about insurance and great with picking out glasses. The assistants are courteous and kind. Now most of my family goes there and we drive from Roswell because she is so good and it is so easy!

I went for an annual check up. I had never worn glasses before my visit. She prescribed me +1.75 and made me buy the glasses from her office. How do you go from never needing glasses to +1.75? Two years later after multiple headaches anytime I wore those glasses (I wore them 10% of the time because I could see perfectly fine without them) I went for a second opinion. I don't need ANY glasses. I have very healthy eyes. Doctors are human and make mistakes, I understand that. But when doctors purposefully "make mistakes" for profit it becomes a problem. I do not recommend this doctor. Find a doctor that cares about his/her patients instead of profit.

Dr. Jaglan is the best!! She has a great people personality and is also very professional!! She introduced us to "BLEPs" (blue light eye protection glasses)...and they have really made a difference!! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding experience. Dr. Parveen and the team spent considerable time helping me decide on and get adjusted to using contacts. Very much appreciated. Glad I have a new eye doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Parveen.

Worst place ever. Making appointments is a full time job and when you're given the opportunity or even a call back, for the dates the doctor is not available. It seems there is never enough front desk clerks and every time you call you have to get a call back.
