PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! This is beyond the most ridiculous and ghetto pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am a nurse and have to unfortunately regularly deal with them. I have been pleading with my facility to abolish any dealings with them. Medications are never on time or ready, everything sent is always a mess! They can't even properly place a label on narcotic declining sheets, which results in the form getting torn. They hang up on us all the time, leave us on hold for 45 plus minutes, NEVER answer the phone on the night shift even though they are supposed to be 24hrs. Honestly how they are still in business is beyond me. At the job, my colleagues and I have even made a game as to bet on whether they will actually answer the phone to begin with. Horrible Company. Holding up my mothers estate over a bill that they can not tell me what medicine was dispensed or when it was dispensed. They can find an estate notice no problem, but no record of why they are billing other than they know the name of the facility where my Mom was. Wont settle for less either. I guess Mom's headstone can wait till I hit the lottery, let me pay these people first.

ABSOLUTE WORSE! As a nurse this pharmacy makes the job way harder!!! They NEVER send things in a timely manner, NEVER communicate when they don't have something in stock, they literally ignore everything. It's disgusting. The supervisor Tyga or however her name is spelled is no help either. I have screenshot of being on hold for up to an hour and then being hung up on. The supervisor herself did this to me as well. I guarantee if it was their own family members suffering they'd have a fire lit under their assess. How is this pharmacy still in buisness?!

I am a prescriber. I called this pharmacy for a patient who was having an acute issue. I was transferred to Business Development three times. I was hung up on twice. I have been calling pharmacies to order medicine for patients for over 20 years. I have NEVER experienced worse customer service. I am on my 5th call to them today and I am still on hold…. One star is too high. Zero should be an option.

The service and billing of this pharmacy are very unsatisfactory. In 1.5 months they delivered supplies and medication to the Assistant living without his or my approval. The assistant living where my husband stayed never requested any of the merchandise from them. The goods were delivered even though my husband passed away! In addition, they charged two insurances for the medication. The cost of the supply is way higher than CVS or AMAZON are charging. No one there cares about the reputation of the pharmacy. The company is disorganized. They delivered quantities that would be enough for a few people and not just for my husband. Stay away from this pharmacy!
