I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile so had no idea what my visit was going to be like. Had my 1st consultation visit with Dr. Mathew Kent. Staff was very friendly, got me checked in quickly, my wait was not long after getting checked in. The hygienist got me all prepped and did scans of my teeth. I'm such a scary cat, but she made me feel calm and at ease. Dr. Kent came shortly after and examined my mouth and explained a plan of action. And I could hardly believe it. No cavities!! I will need to schedule another visit for a cleaning and get some other things taken care of. I felt comfortable with Dr. Kent and will return. Would recommend giving Dr Kent's practice a try. Thanks to Dr.Kent and wonderful staff.

I would like to thank Dr. Hamlett and her assistant for making my first visit a comprehensive and pleasant one. She was very thorough and informative, including me in on the process every step of the way. I was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable although I was a little nervous from cracking one of my teeth the day before. Dr. Hamlett made sure I understood all my options where treatment was concerned.

My first appointment was today. Having had previously bad experiences with some dentists & me being an autistic adult, I was nervous. My teeth are crowded, stained, have cavities and my gums are swollen for whatever reason. The dental assistant was an absolute sweetheart and was also very patient & understanding. The dentist herself was also patient, understanding and didnt take any questions I had as a blow to her work ethic or ego like previous dentists have. She just answered honestly, explained thoroughly & reassured me. Which i really appreciate so much. Even the lady at the front desk was pleasant & accommodating. As for right now, this experience was a breath of fresh air and I’m excited for my next appointment to get my oral health on track!

Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Kent took great care of my tooth that needed extraction. Instead of going full force, he took the time to ensure my mouth was fully numb before cutting and pulling. I will also add that the music is always top notch (huge ELO fan, and it almost always comes on when I am in there). Glad to be a patient!

The staff is always friendly and I love the atmosphere there, especially the receptionist. I’m very pleased with the Recommendation to check out their location. Hope to continue my journey here.
