I needed an emergency extraction, they fit me in on the same day that I called. Very welcoming atmosphere. The Dr and her assistant were amazing and very patient with me as I have anxiety. The assistant was very aware that i was uncomfortable at certain points and without hesitation talked me through the process. They made sure I was comfortable. I will continue to use them. I'm in my 30s and this is the first dentistry I've felt comfortable at.

Im so sorry to the people who may have experienced the stuff that I've gone through but that is not okay. I could lose my teeth because of my filling not being properly aided or properly taken care for. I have a little hole and I put my filling in a bag etc. I've also have had rough experiences in this dental office seeing roaches crawling on water fountains and either mold or dirt. I now have sensitivity in my teeth from time to time and it it so painful to eat food at points this was so ridiculous. Her unethical behavior wasnt okay. She talked to the other doctor about patient not being still and being annoying and mocking her as well I minded my business but I don't tolerate bullying or racism at all.she overall had a very rude and distasteful encounter with my sister about a toy that a

Great experience. Great patient care. The Dental assistant ( i forgot her name lol) is very patient, sweet and funny. Dr Janice and her work so good together. They made me feel very comfortable to the point that they even made me laugh. Overall I was comfortable and will definitely come back.

I made an appointment for 1:00. Showed up at 12:45. We waited patiently for over 45mins. Then the lady at the desk says there are still two patients in the back so I asked how much longer and she couldn’t tell me. What was the point of making an appointment? I understand having to wait but I don’t think we should of had to wait over 45mins and then still not know how longer it would be before we were actually seen.

Unprofessional. Refuses to send medical documents over to new doctor. Hangs up on clients when contacted and questioned. Don't waste your time. They are barely open and barely have any employees.
