Disgusting place!! Stay away. They only bath there patients twice a week. It is the policy but it’s really due to shortage. No nursing rehab facility should bath patients 1/2 x a week. This is a health concern for patients and staff.

Amazing and personal care. Staff really treats you like family.

Patient doesn't get meds on time and they do not check diabetics sugar when there suppose to they wait until right after you eat a meal then you have to fight with them to get insulin not a very good place to live the rest of your life at I've been here for a year and a half CNA are rude disrespectful the some of the nurses are very very rude to resident they cuss them and yell at them avoid living here if possible

Some of the staff are amazing people! And building is clean and meets expectations! Took care of my aunt Deborah very well before passing.
