As a healthcare practitioner who has worked with many specialty pharmacies, Parkway Pharmacy is the one I trust most for my patients and loved ones. A huge shout-out to Chris G. who goes above and beyond with insurance/benefits and medication advocacy; his enthusiasm and commitment to getting patients the care they need is a rare find in medicine today. I also want to recognize Katie C. for her hard work and stellar professionalism working directly with medical offices. This team’s excellence, communication skills, and genuine dedication to patient health are unmatched. If you want the best care for specialty medications and home infusion coordination, look no further.

These folks are great! They get you your specialty meds about a week in advance so you don't have to worry, beautifully packed -- you really can't ask for more. Also, they gave up on UPS a few years ago in favor of their own drivers. The drivers are totally on the ball, very courteous and call ahead to make sure you'll be home or get your permission to leave the meds somewhere safe. In addition, when the insurance company inevitably tries to lower your specialty dosage to save them money, Parkway really goes to bat for you. Now you just can't leave it up to them: you have to do the appeal yourself, with your physician and Parkway also helping. This gives the ins co a three-way squeeze. They'll usually capitulate and give you your correct dosage ordered by your physician.

Great pharmacy for home infusions. They always call to confirm when they should, medicine always gets delivered promptly, and staff are nice and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

This company is wonderful and will go above and beyond to help you. I am beyond happy with the customer service and care I have received since my first treatment. If I could give six stars, I would.
