EVERY single visit had been perfect and calming at Parkway Dental. My first visit was a root canal and crown which went wonderfully. Then, I broke one of my front teeth out and they got me in after just 2 days. The dentist offered me options, made sure my insurance would cover it, and that same day I had a new post and crown made for me! This beautiful tooth they made me fit PERFECTLY in place. I was thrilled and so grateful!

From the moment I walked in, I felt seen not rushed, not brushed aside, not talked at, but truly listened to. Dental visits can be overwhelming for me, and my nervous system was very activated, but every single person here met me with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. They checked in with me constantly, explained everything they were doing and recommending, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or small. They made absolutely sure I was completely numb before removing my tooth, and that care alone spoke volumes. I felt safe. I felt heard. I felt human. I found out that there weren't many options when my top denture snapped in half last night. They have D.I.Y kits available however, none to be found local and several days away by mail. I think most people with dentures and work with the public would agree that going without teeth for days just isn't an option, besides the reviews from individuals that purchased the kits were mostly negative. So I was excepting the fact that I was going to be hiding from the world, until a friend told me about Parkway Dental and that I wouldn't be put on a waiting list. The staff was polite and the waiting time was very short. I had my top denture replaced and it was done the day as my appointment ! I didn't have to wait 10 days. They fit really nice and was just about 1/2 the price elsewhere. I really appreciated their service. Thank you Parkway dental.

I came in with so much pain from a tooth ache and was met by such a kind staff that was able to quickly fit me in for a removal. Dr Parker (I think that was his name) was my dentist and him and the staff made the entire process fun and enjoyable. The place didn't have any judgement, just a desire to help and support.
