Following the passing of my wife Sue, we were overwhelmed by arrangements and not sure how to handle incomplete medical and dental care. The team at Parkville Dental Center not only acted with sincere sympathy and respect but also demonstrated remarkable compassion and integrity. They fully and swiftly refunded us for the procedure that was left unfinished. In a moment of vulnerability, their ethical and thoughtful actions were a true comfort. I love my hygienist! Jeanette is so gentle and efficient. She’s great at explaining everything and offering tips for better at home care. I no longer dread going to the dentist and it’s absolutely thanks to her great care! Everyone needs a Jeanette! ☺️ Had to add an edit after peeking at another review because the office itself is awesome too! It’s so nice and cozy inside and looks/feels like a log cabin!

Love the staff, everyone who helped was excellent, patient, and understanding. Took a little bit to figure out a solution for my troubles, but they were understanding and took the time to help any way they could. Highly recommend this place.

As not fun as a visit to the dentist can be, this place is great! They have all of the latest technology and the clinic is beautiful. The best part, though, is the staff - from the amazing ladies at the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist - everyone is so professional and friendly! I highly recommend!!
