Parkview Hospital/pueblo

This was one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude and dismissive, and it felt like no one actually listened to my concerns. I was there for three days with a staph infection and was repeatedly made to feel like a burden for asking for help. Very disappointing. I wish I could+ have giving them a zero. This has been a nightmare i do not recommend this hospital go somewhere else In addition: Over the last two days, I had an alarm going off that was left unattended for hours. Yesterday it went off for about two hours with no response. Today, I waited over an hour and called staff four different times for help, but no one came. After nearly two hours of being ignored, I had no choice but to shut the alarm off myself. Being left alone while sick and repeatedly calling

I was in the hospital in June around the seventh for spinal surgery. I was put in floor five With the most wonderful staff that I’ve encountered, they were helpful, caring checked up on me when I needed help I’m sorry that I didn’t post this sooner. I’ve been going through therapy to start walking again, but the staff there were amazing everyone of them. I thank them all to the bottom of my heart.

I'm giving a 4 for now. Some of the nurses were super good! Some of aren't (young/inexperienced)! .Foods not bad.
