Parkview Care Center

Our experience at Parkview has been wonderful so far! My husband had a serious fall that changed our life so instantly Carol and Tammy in their admissions office have help me navigate things so much, in a world I knew nothing about. My husband has Parkinson’s and this facility comes highly recommend from so many people to deal with his special needs. Everything I’ve seen so far confirms this to be true!

Wonderful experience. Concerned and compassionate staff. Comfortable environment. Highly recommend. Management and staff are the best in the business! Nursing and CMA supporting are all professional and compassionate. Utility employees are dedicated to their positions. Their Physical Therapy- PT & OT - helped me to now walk again after having a broken leg. Followup is already stopping by. Wonderful experience in all. Also, I want to complement Park Care Center Unit Manager Holly. She is a very concerned and compassionate professional. She was helped during my experience there by being always most helpful in seeing that my health care needs were met. A real leadership person!

My girlfriend’s aunt is a resident at Parkview Care Center, and what happened there is unacceptable. Another resident physically assaulted her, and instead of treating it seriously, staff acted like it was a joke. When we asked about getting the police involved, staff became rude, defensive, and eventually hung up the phone. They later claimed a police report and case number had been filed — this was not true. No case number exists. Eric should not be in his position. He was lippy, unprofessional, and dismissive, which matched the behavior of others we spoke with. This facility appears more focused on covering incidents up than protecting residents.

Parkview Care Center is a great place to live. They have wonderful staff that checks in on you all day and night. Very kind and respectful to everyone. Therapy is great to work with they have very knowledgeable therapist here that help get people back to where they need to be. The office staff is great they have great communication with me about insurance and payments. They are very thorough with explaining everything to me and keeping me into the loop. Nursing is fabulous and kind.

The facility there is great and the care... But the stench of the urine that hits you at the front door and towards the middle of the facility is out of this world.... May just need a better HVAC system so some fresh air can circulate... Or more cleaning staff to get the urine outside in the dumpsters or something.
