Parkside at Budd Terrace Nursing & Rehab Center

We had an overall good experience with my mom's care at Parkside. The unit clerk on the 4th floor, Tricia, was great! Our only major complaint with the facility is that they do have a lot of agency staff daily, so there is a disconnect in the continuity of care and we had to orient them daily on my mom's situation. I would recommend them, but you must be actively engaged in your loved ones care.

Jamie Akram is a great worker and person. We are lucky to have her as our tech. I wish we had more people like her. She does whatever I ask of her no matter what it is. I get so excited when I see that she is my tech. She does an awesome job. In my opinion she is the best.

The care and physical therapy our father received here was wonderful. Our father is not the most pleasant person to care for but all of the staff treated him with respect and professionalism and he progressed well. Big shout out to the wonderful care team on the 2nd floor and to physical therapists Peter and Everett. Highly recommend this center for rehabilitation and skilled nursing.

Terrific therapists !!! Ramona PT and Sydney OT have been terrific —- my hand and feet are back to working. They are wonderful!! And Kia at the front desk is the sweetest most kind person. I look forward to seeing her beautiful smile everyday

I recently spent 4 weeks at Parkside Budd at Terrace. I looked forward to my Monday thru Friday trips to the rehab gym, where I received very knowledgeable and encouraging help from Kat and Sean. Another highlight of my Monday thru Friday routine was the social room on the 6th floor. Sue, who runs the social room, made every day special. Great sense of humor, great hot chocolate, fresh baked cookies, occasional grilled cheese sandwiches, and daily activities like bingo. I was well taken care of by the nurses and the caregivers of the 6th floor. Special thanks to the wound care nurse, and to Desiree, Angela, Mika, and Molly. They were kind, patient, and very helpful.
