Says emergency dentist but unwilling to help in an emergency but claimed they can fit me in for a cleaning. I didn't need a cleaning I needed emergency help in a dental pinch.
Moved to Parkland from Tampa last month. When I broke a tooth watching the Rays game, I had to act fast. Good thing this place was here when I needed them.
I waited 15 minutes before picking up the phone. I could understand their busy schedules. At least I had an appointment.
Had a toothache that turned out to be a nasty abscess. They were able to get it pulled carefully.
Thanks for taking the time to dig through my complicated insurance issues, now looking forward to my appt.
