I can’t say enough good things about Parker Family Dental and Dr. Stepp. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I recently had a couple of crowns done, and Dr. Stepp took his time to make sure everything fit perfectly. He didn’t rush a thing and made sure the bite and adjustments were just right before I left. That kind of attention to detail really matters, and it shows how much pride he takes in his work. The hygienists are excellent as well. They do a very thorough job, explain what they’re doing, and always make sure you’re comfortable. You never feel rushed or overlooked. From the moment I walked in, I felt that the staff was welcoming and comforting. Dr. John was professional and kind. I had come in to see if I had cracked a tooth. He showed me I did have a cracked tooth, and that there was an infection there. He gave me two options. I chose to have my tooth pulled. He and his assistant were very kind and gentle. My experience was great.

The whole team is great. From the day I called for a dentist appointment explaining my issue to coming in being seen right away in and out within 1hr in a half. Thank you for explaining my options to the procedure Dr Stepp and all his team you made it warm and welcoming.

Very thorough and listened to my concerns. Helpful and understanding but I'm unable to afford the necessary treatments and am left trying to figure out what to do for myself. Life can be unkind at times to say the least when you are alone in the world.
