Parkdale has the most amazing staff. All the staff show phenomenal care. Love and compassion to the residents. Happy smiley faces all around the building.

They took great care of my dad. The staff is great.

I have been impressed with the level of care that is given to the residents at Parkdale since I have been here, especially the long-term residents. The staff knows them, knows about their lives and interests, and takes care of them like family. And if there is any room for improvement the staff are quick to respond. My favorite part is the activities program, whether it be a competitive game of bingo, movies and popcorn, carolers at Christmas, or arts and crafts, there is always something to look forward to.

I have frequented Parkdale Health and Rehabilitation to visit with residents and all seem very content . The atmosphere is clean, airy and inviting with plenty of natural light. The activities director goes above and beyond, giving the residents many opportunities and activities. I've had multiple residents say, "if I can't be home, this is the next best place". I would entrust my loved ones in the capable hands of the Parkdale Health and Rehabilitation team.
