I was 20 minutes early. They took me early. Friendly receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. Very thorough. Explained everything before doing anything. I didn’t want to change dentists but had to for insurance. I’m happy with my new dental Office.

Dr. Jones office is good for general dentistry but PLEASE seek a second opinion with an Orthodonist for anything ortho related. I didn’t want to have to make a Google review but I’ve been trying to get in touch with Dr. Jones for weeks via phone and email. Unfortunately no response from him. I started going to his office near the end of 2021/early 2022. I noted concerns of small spaces between a couple teeth and was initially told it could be fixed with composite material. Later I was told that composite would make my teeth “too wide”. Clear Correct was recommended for “around 13 months”. I started Clear Correct April 2022 and didn’t receive my permanent retainer until October 2024. My last appointment was August 2024 (retainer fitting) and I noted I was not satisfied with my teeth as the

I was very pleased with this initial examination and cleaning. Dr. Jones himself did my cleaning and his examination did not reveal any of the treatments the previous dentist recommended just a couple of weeks. Thank you for your conservative approach. I will definitely return to this dentist for future dental needs

Dr jones was quite informative and helpful with all of my concerns. It was a lovely experience with him and his team.

This was my first visit to the dental practice. Everything went smoothly. I was there for xrays and cleaning. Carrie the hygentist made the procedure easy and comfortable. Dr. Jones followed with a quick consult. I have already book my return visits with Dora at the front desk.
