Amazing atmosphere. Top-quality customer care. Amiable and comforting staff, from reception (Jenn), to hygiene (Lisa) - all the way down to the amazingly knowledgeable and accommodating dentist (Tim). I feel it’s more than fair to praise good service when received, so I’m taking that extra effort to applaud and appreciate my new dentist. So happy to be moving forward with quality care! And I got a lil gift as a first-timer (woop!).

This place has no time for you! This place came highly recommended in Montclair group and unfortunately they are not as good as described. Mid September I had an appointment with them to put an implant in place where I’m missing a tooth. Few weeks later I had a scan and I was told that after doctors review I will get a call back to let me know if I’m all healed and we can proceed with the implant. It took about 5 calls to locate the scan, it was done by a different company and they couldn’t find the email. After the scan was found I was told I will get a call back, a month have past and no one called me. I called back in a span of another month and spoke to few different people who could not give me a straight answer about when I can get an appointment and if the doctor reviewed my scan. S

I moved to the area in 2013 and have been to three different dentists since then. I did not like any of them. One tried to make me get an expensive procedure that I didn’t need. When a co-worker recommended Park Street Dental, I was so glad because I stopped going to the dentist for about 2 years out of frustration. I just had my first visit with Dr. Park and the amazing hygienists. They were all nice and thorough. Dr. Park explained things to me in a level of detail that no other dentist ever had before. Like most people, I do not love going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to returning because I already trust them with my teeth. Also, their office is the most beautiful and modern of the four offices I’ve visited in North Jersey.

The experience thus far is truly appreciative. I believe the service overall is exceptional, but most of all, Dr Rotunda seems to be one the finest doctor I have encountered. He's patient, kind and generous human being. May you grow from strength to strength. God bless
