Park Smile Dentistry has been an amazing place for my daughter’s pediatric dental care! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who make both kids and parents feel comfortable. The office has a warm, kid-friendly atmosphere that helps ease any nervousness, and the team is incredibly patient, kind, and professional. The dentists and hygienists take their time to explain everything, ensuring that both my daughter and I understand the process. Their gentle approach and expertise make every visit stress-free. Scheduling is easy, and they truly go above and beyond to accommodate families. I highly recommend Park Smile Dentistry to any parent looking for top-notch pediatric dental care. If I could give this office a negative star review I would. The worst customer service imaginable and unprofessional conduct in regards to insurance review and scheduling. After having my daughter’s insurance information for 24 hours they failed to verify ahead of time and notify us prior to taking time off work and taking our child out of school for an appt. We ended up having to call insurance ourselves in the waiting room and when insurance asked to speak with them they refused and also said “oh it’s too late your appointment time has passed”. Even the insurance company apologized as they overheard the conversation. Do not waste your time here and do not bring your children.

Park Smile is fantastic! They’re always on time, super friendly, and the space is clean and welcoming. They’re great with kids and communicate clearly every step of the way. We’ve recommended them to other families, and they’ve had the same great experience. Highly recommend!

The dentist is not professional at all. She tried to do polishing first, when I asked shouldnt polishing be the third step based on my experience, she insisted on it. I decided not to continue based on her wrong process and bad attitude. I will change the place. I don't know her name, and Asian lady, really bad experience.

Park Smile has been our dentist practice for years now, and I love that it's a family practice where my kids can see the pediatric dentist, I can see the adult dentist, and when I wanted Invisalign (and if/when my kids might need braces) the orthodontist practice is there too. The staff are so friendly, and I give Park Smile so much credit for my kids loving to go to the dentist (I know - how rare!)!
