Front desk person communication is very good but asks insurance card every time. Would be happy if they keep it on file. Appointment is at 10.45am still waiting for doctor at 11.30 am. Hmm…..Doctor came at 11.45 am but did apologize for the delay. It happens but I see most for the review expressing same concern which need to be looked into for the convenience of everyone

Absolutely terrible time management. I scheduled an appointment to avoid a long wait, but ended up waiting far longer than the scheduled time - completely defeating the purpose of making an appointment. This practice clearly overbooks and has zero respect for patients' time. The wait time here is unacceptable, and their scheduling system is a joke. If you can't manage appointments properly, don't offer them. I wasted hours of my day sitting in the waiting room when I had planned my schedule around my appointment time. Do better. People take time off work and arrange their lives around these appointments. The least you can do is honor the times YOU set.

I recently went for immigration-related medical checkups with my family because I heard this clinic was inexpensive. However, I found that the place was not handled professionally. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived a little early, but my turn did not come until 12:30 PM, even though they had advised me to be there around 10:30. I clearly asked whether my children needed any blood work, and they told me it was not necessary. But later, they asked me to bring my kids back after a week for blood tests. They also asked me to get additional vaccinations, even though I had already submitted proof of my shots. I ended up receiving two extra doses, and my kids were also told to get more vaccinations. My husband saw Dr. Raj at Park Urgent Care for flu like symptoms the end of February. A month later we were back. My husband was still coughing and short of breath. Dr. Raj said my husband would be fine in the next few days with the new medicine he prescribed. BUT, just in case he would order a chest x-ray if he didn't feel better. My husband had a chest X-ray Monday morning and it is now Fri P.M. and we have not gotten the results even though I have called them 3 times this week. Thank goodness I had Raleigh Radiology send the results to his primary physician too and it was it was this doctor who called us and said to take him to the emergency room because it could be his heart. Turned out it was his heart and everything is fine now thanks to REX E.R. I should have read the reviews bef
