Park Place Health Care Center

Absolutely the worst experience of my 73 years. They took $6000.00 from me and have not refunded it. The food was beyond horrible, ice cold, no salt or pepper, one ice water a day. How this place stays in business is beyond me. I want my $6000.00 back today. Had to beg for milk every day. Had one shower on the day before I was leaving after being in there six days and only because I asked over and over.

I highly recommend Park Place!!! The staff has been amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and caring!!! I couldn’t ask for a better place for my mom. Thank you to everyone for the amazing care you guys do for not just my mom, but the other patients as well.

Bad place, to many issues not a safe place ,food bad .administration attitude poor and unhappy and it shows. Little to no compassion. Missing money more than 2 times both parents left sitting in pee for hrs on end every day. Lied to about mom's health condition repeatedly bullying by administration making threats to family who have disagreement 3 times on why my mother has spent the last 6hrs siting in her pee and still refused to be honest it's lack of compassion and lack of staff the resident's of this place are suffering and not cared for because of a bad administration leader poor attitude and it shows revengeful and threats are what I got and my phone pushed out of my hand so I couldn't use my video on what was happening bad place not recommended for anyone needs closed

The care provided to our loved one at Park Place exceeded expectations. The staff, including Nurses, CNA’s, DON, business office and the administrator are compassionate and dedicated to residents' well-being. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the activities team keeps residents engaged. This facility comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a supportive home for their loved one.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst named nursing homes in town. The staff absolutely do not know how to treat the residents besides very few cnas who I had to get after for for having a nasty attitude to residents including the own bosses and management. All I have to say is if you put your loved one here, you don't really love them quite that much. Find a better home with NO neglect and abuse going on. You will not find the peace you want putting your loved one here.
