Sadly, me and my ohana will be moving back to Hawai’i and the care we’ve had, me and my fiance highly agree, they’ve made us feel so heard. Dr. Quiles and the staff have always been so sweet. They’re so kind not only to us but I hear and see it to other families when we have appointments for our baby. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ive been trying to get an appointment for the past 4 months and they always leave me on hold. I have a son who has asthma he needs his pump for school and a note and i still havent been able to get in contact with the office. Worst place to bring your kids to.

Worst doctors office ever. The staff is lazy and careless. They always look BORED and can't be bothered. My daughter needed a dental procedure done and she needed a check up. They never called me to schedule the appointment snd when I went there for my son whos been experiencing asthma, is when the front desk women literally had the form she needed under a bunch of folders and was like "oh yeah" Not to mention the number of times I've gone there for my son and trouble breathing and past issues with his lungs prior to coming to this office and Dr. Quiles has done nothing but blown me off UNTIL I showed up with my husband. Then and only then did he act like a doctor and listen. Every visit after that, I've gone myself and it was back to square one. Nothing was done he just prescribed a ster

Honestly. Horrible. Take my daughter here and it has been an absolute nightmare. My kid has been having these red bumps pop up on her lip and I have no idea why. The doctor told me to tell my daughter to stop licking her lips and that would fix the problem! What??!! Are u serious? Didn’t recommend no type of cream or medicine. Didn’t tell me what the bumps could be. Wasted an entire hour for nothing and my daughter still suffering from these issues. Please keep your kids away from here!!!

I would give a zero if I could. I've filled out release forms several times to get my daugther in here. They've told me several times they don't have one for her, because they clearly lost it. I've been trying to get her in for over 6 months! Unacceptable! Taking my kids somewhere else!
