Park Meadows Post Acute

I only have only good things to see about Park Meadows Post Acute in Clarksville. The Director of Nursing is truly excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly capable. It’s clear that they genuinely care about both the residents and the staff, and their leadership makes a real difference in the quality of care provided. The private rooms are also very nice—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. They feel inviting rather than clinical, creating an environment that makes all the difference. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you Park Meadows!

My Uncle just arrived here on Friday. Saturday was aweful. When I arrived there is no one to greet you at front desk. I have never been here so didn’t know where my Uncle was. Then I noticed he had no water. He pressed his button no one came for 30 minutes. By 8 pm he called me a said he was never given any food either !! The basic necessities in life food and water are not given at this facility. Then I had to find someone that was talking to three other nurses in a hall to let me out of the place. Very disappointed!!!!

My dad was brought here from West Virginia on a Saturday and when I got there to visit him it started out like a nightmare! No one was around,Trying to get answers for anything was impossible! Monday rolled around and physical therapy ladies came in and I started seeing some progress. If you’re looking for rehabilitation the ladies here are beyond phenomenal and so compassionate!! There was literally only two cna girls that really impressed me and actually took good care of my dad the rest just left him in a wet diaper all day long! I’m not sure why they even work in the field they do.Almsot all of his clothing was taken and never to be found again! Even with signs in his room. Good luck trying to find anyone in management to talk too! Over all I’m glad he’s out of there!! But like I said

This place is absolutely awful they don’t care anything about the patients they care for. While my family member has stayed here, she has been neglected and mistreated daily with no help from staff or management. Many patients have died under their neglect. I have witnessed first hand how awful they treat the elderly who can’t do things in their own. This place needs to be sued if I had the money I would. The nurses are slow and don’t care to do their job. Many times we have called the police to report the neglect they have done to my elderly family member. Nobody has helped and yet this place still runs. It’s an absolute nut house!! DO NOT PUT ANYONE HERE!! SUE THEM ASAP!!!!

Hello my name is Elizabeth Kimberly Smith I go by kids most people call me Ms. Kim I am patient here at Park Meadows Acute in Clarksville TN. I am a long term patient I have the option too do physical therapy. I have been a patient here for two years they told me I would be wheelchair bound but the hard workers here have not giving up on me and been very consistent with me and they have actually made me feel right at home here,. My OT thearpy is doing well also I went from being not able too stand too pull up standing and stepping in place . I believe hard work pays off the hard workers here have giving me the attitude that giving us is not a option . And being around the workers with a family touch I will be one of they success story.
