Our family has been coming here for over 10 years with several of our dogs. Today we went in, and were told the exam fee was $95 to examine a broken tooth. No problem. It was determined that the tooth needed to be extracted. We spent 10 minutes reviewing the extraction estimate with the vet tech ($1000+), and although it was pricey for us, we decided we would go ahead and schedule the procedure. When we went to leave and pay the deposit ($150) for the surgery and exam fee ($95), we were asked to pay $450!! The team told us that we "should have known" the blood draw, etc. that was administered was EXTRA on top of the procedure estimate and exam fee. It felt very deceptive. Not a way to treat anyone. We will not be returning for anything again. They will miss out on the $150/month

Dr Moon is an amazing doctor, along with the Park Hill Vet staff. Dr Moon made me feel like I was her only patient along with my senior dog of 18 years old. To me she was a god send. Dr Moon took care of my dog Burt like he was her dog. So kind gentle and caring. She took every opportunity to inform me of every step she and her staff were doing to my dog. Incredible experience with Dr Moon and let’s not forget the staff members at Park Hill Vet. You in all made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Sincerely, MM

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would! I was looking for a good clinic in the area for my girlfriend’s dog and the reviews on this clinic truly convinced me to try it out. To start, Dr. Margo was assigned to her dog and was cold and rude from the start. I understand we all have bad days but the events I saw unfold during my visit here with Dr. Margo were truly disturbing! After being extremely rude with her response towards my questions, she spoke to her nurse assisting so rudely that I truly felt uncomfortable by her treatment. I overheard her scream and speaking to her staff like they were incompetent. Mind you everyone else we met here was supper sweet except for her. If those were my kids, l'd slap her silly! This treatment truly made us take our business elsewhere and I recommen

Great service, expertise and bedside manner. They accommodate anxious dogs easily and have a variety of treats during visits if your pet is a picky eater! We’ve done two surgeries under general anesthesia with great communication through the process. Can’t recommend them enough.

They’ve been taking care of our dogs for years, and they’ve been nothing short of great every time. And we have four dogs, so we’re there pretty often. Scheduling is easy, they have great availability, and everyone who works there is happy and pleasant to be around. 10/10 recommend.
