The food sucks the level of care is questionable and the social worker Ashley never returns calls and is always in a meeting. Very unprofessional to leave family members hanging. They do a lot of talking but no action do they do on that talking. The food sucks n the elevator never works that an accident waiting to happen. Think twice before putting a love one in this place

My family and I went there to help with a Christmas party. It was a lot of fun. It had music, and many gifts to those that live there. The staff at this place definitely is great with the residence of this place. Their actions spoke louder than anything else. I was able to play Santa clause there as well . I was honored to participate at this time event.

I visited a long-term care patient at this facility. The plus is that the patient has shelter and is under observation. The negative is the poor meal choices (see pics), very old room furniture/bed (late 80s/90s), access to the main entrance is not manned, making it nearly impossible to have a visitor unless the patient is well enough to meet you at the door or you catch another resident outside who will let you in. The patient will waste away if no one goes to visit. The patient will definitely need your care.

LATEST: THE facility tried to replace a disintegrated mattress with one soaked in urine and feces!!! After complaints, they exchanged for 2 more used and stained mattresses, even though the Director of Nursing promised a new mattress. When the Administrator was contacted, we were told they have no new mattresses but we could buy one on our own for the resident. When we said we would complain to the state, she replied, "That's your right!" So we did. Filthy facility. So hot inside during the winter that the residents have to run their window A/C's to mitigate the extreme heat from a system the staff says they cannot regulate. My grandma just recently got placed there and I was worried about staff being rude towards her and everything. Turns out the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had asked one of nurses about my grandma and how she’s been. The nurse explained everything that was going on and her progress and was very nice about it. I couldn’t find my way around the building and the nurses helped me find my way around. Overall I had a good experience there! Edit: I spoke too soon with this place. There were a few occasions they’d transferred my grandma to the hospital and not inform anyone until we showed up to visit and she wasn’t there. They actually never rotated her or checked her oxygen which caused a lot of harm for what she was dealing with and this place is literally why she went into hospice an
