Got my poor pup in same day within just a few hours. Did not pressure me to pay for more options for his care than I could do as this was an unexpected situation. I was given options and a clear care plan. My Dr & nurse were very down to earth & personable with me and kept me in the room with my pup the whole time.. never making him leave my sight. Thanx Park!

Taking my dog here was a terrible mistake. 2 stars only for the front staff being kind. If you need urgent care, know that they only take appointments. They squeezed us in. Then doctor ran an hour late just getting to work. My dog who walked in had jaundice and vomiting. We ruled out blockage with images, did tests to determine it was some kind of toxin or poison, started treatment. She got worse there overnight (keep in mind, they have no overnight staff or care) , they took the whole nex day waiting way too long to see improvement while the fluids administered just collected in her body. I checked in twice at the clinic, then transferred to emergency pet hospital where we eventually had to say goodbye to our baby. We had to make the ultimate difficult and heartbreaking decision to put down our beloved dog (and my baby) Rex to end his suffering and constant debilitating seizures. Rex lived 18 wonderful years, far exceeding the normal life expectancy for his breed. We are eternally greatful to God for allowing us to have him in our lives for so very long. Rex was my heartbeat. Thank God, Dr. Abe (Abraham) was the professional who administered the process with such care, gentleness, and compassion. Fantastic Hospital and staff. Koi has stomach issues our green iguana. They always take such good care of her and are always there to help with whatever we need. Excellent vet service and the staff is always always so nice.

I have quite a few fur children. With shots, chaos, tummy issues, etc., we are always here. I have seen every doctor. They are always the ones to call you and discuss when there are issues, not the techs. I dont feel like I pay more than customary for services. I dont feel pressured for tests on my animals. They make sure I have all of my options, but I never feel guilted into a test or procedure. There has never been a time when the front desk ladies have not been able to help me or answer my questions. It has been the same crew for quite some time. Kayla, Shannon, Gabby, Julie, and Megan have to deal with me most often. They are always patient and genuinely care about my animals.
