Paradise Footwear

This is the best shoe store in Medford. If you work on your feet all day, or have mobility problems or foot injuries, anything like that, this is the place. My orthopedist even recommended them. Staff is very knowledgeable. Their prices are high because the shoes are high quality, but they’re the same price as the online stores. And totally worth the money!! I am more active with my Hokas on. And my quality of life is better because I am not in constant pain. I get specialized insoles, Paradise has those too. The only problem I’ve had was waiting for help when they were busy. They used to have a bird that said, “Welcome to Paradise.” I wish they still had the bird.

I was going to buy some solid shoes from this local business, but as I was tying my sneakers beyond the building’s side—past the bike rack, and well beyond ten feet from the door— the (assumed) proprietor parked in front of the building and told me to put out my cigar—even though I was in no way violating the ten-feet-from-the-door policy. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I was looking for combo swim / hiking shoes and couldn't find them in several big shops in town, luckily a guy in REI suggested Paradise Footwear! I got exactly what I wanted, and very comfortable too (Hoka Hopara 2)! Great service and awesome selection not found elsewhere, better try them first instead of last!😅

Please support rather than hurting local employees when you buy from Amazon. Julian has so much expertise and wisdom. He will help you and get you shoes, orthotics you need.

Fantastic service! Great gait analysis and correction with the use of a wedge. My daughter loved the service and the quality and how colorful her shoes are. Walked in with knee pain. Walked out without knee pain. Will be back for more shoes!
