Paradigm at Sweeny

My mother in law was there and the amount of abuse she went through there. My mother in law out of the blue had a knot the size of a baseball and these people never called an ambulance or anything. I ended up getting her seen in Houston cause Brazosport hospital needed her to be transferred. Hell she went to convulsions and all the nurses did was sit there and watch me work on her instead of helping. I had to call 911 cause none of them did. A cop showed up and I filed a complaint. Doesn't matter how many times they change their name, the staff there sucks.

The Administrator and Director of Nursing here are so genuine and kind to the patients. We are more than satisfied with my mom's care she received during her stay at this facility.

This nursing home has a wonderful small-town feel. It’s quaint, welcoming, and the staff truly care about the residents. The atmosphere is warm and personal, and I would definitely recommend it.

If I could give this place NO stars I absolutely would. The way the people are treated here is appalling! This place should be shut down! If you are looking for somewhere to bring a family member take this warning and don’t even bother unless you want them to be treated like farm animals. The smell of this place alone is enough to make a grown man cry, the food they serve is atrocious, the state of the whole facility is an absolute mess. They should be ashamed of theirselves for operating in these conditions and tricking people into thinking their family will be taken care of here.
