This was my first time experiencing dental care in the Omaha area, and my expectations were exceeded tenfold. From my greeting at the door, to my warm, knowledgeable hygienist, all the way to my time with Dr. Dostal. I was taken care of start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking initial dental care in the area or anyone who's looking to switch. You won't be disappointed!
Staff is always warm and friendly, and they take your concerns seriously and do not brush off any dental complaints (or phobias!) and make every effort to make the experience comfortable. Past experiences with another dental office left me with such anxiety that I avoided the dentist for years until an emergency made an appointment necessary. Papillion Dental Care provided such a good experience that I've continued to schedule regular cleanings and necessary services with them, and my dental anxiety has improved tremendously under their care.
Everyone was so friendly from the front desk staff to the hygienist and doctor. I was having some trouble locating my correct insurance card, but this was no problem as the woman up front, I wish I would have gotten her name, jumped right in and was able to locate is in her system. My hygienist Michelle was so kind, gentle and very informative. She explained everything so well and was fun to speak with. Dr. Dostal was also very sweet and addressed all my concerns. Really nice to go somewhere and not feel pressured. Great experience all around.
I am a new patient and would like to share that I experienced nothing but the greatest care. The whole office team is wonderful. I am so glad I chose this practice for my dental care. I would give 100 stars if that was an option!!!!!!
Came back from vacation with a chipped tooth. It was my first time there and expected to wait for quite some time to get an appointment. Not so, got scheduled for the following day. Process to get things ready was very easy. Kaitlyn was very professional and very helpful. Today the staff was very friendly and patient with me. Thank you
