Amazing customer service. Through a combination of poor planning on my part and a totally unanticipated problem with my regular pharmacy, my father was about to run out of insulin. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, and they entered my father into their system, called the regular pharmacy and waited for them to fax the prescription, and filled it. I made everyone in the store stay late - normally I hate doing that, but my father was a diabetic about to run out of insulin. They were completely gracious about it. I can easily imagine other pharmacies refusing to do it at all until the next day since I basically arrived 15 minutes before closing asking them to do 20 minutes of tasks. Love this little Pharmacy! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There are so many amazing gifts available for people of all ages- infants up to 100! They also have a great selection of greeting cards! The pharmacists and back staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a question they will get you an answer. They are my first stop for any gift or pharmaceutical needs!

I love the gift shop at Paper Mill Pharmacy & Gifts! Huge selection of items from scarves and bags to housewares and garden decor. Found several items for the hard-to-buy-for on my list with the help of the gift shop staff. My little one loved the fish pond, the board books, and especially the chocolates. Staff was very sweet and patient with both of us - she is a gem!

Very friendly and the store has cute local items for sale. Not to mention a nice pond that has a few fish that kept my son occupied. The Pharmacists are knowledgeable and have been able to answer all of my questions and concerns about medicine side effects and interactions with other medications. This is crucial since I’m still breast feeding my daughter.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 30 years. John is patient with all my questions and handles all my requests very quickly. Bob at the pharmacy register has the most compassionate heart. Everyone there feels like family.
