Papa's Farmacia via Luzianna, LLC

Been calling this place for an entire week. Their phone system is awful. Every time you try to speak with a worker you get a never ending elevator sound track. Probably called 30 times in 1 week. Not 1 time have they picked up the phone. Stuck listening to this stupid music for an hr and I’ve called all hours. Ridiculous.

Wouldn’t allow me to pick up my prescription since it was a “controlled substance” without an additional prescription. BUT didn’t tell me this before I switched to this pharmacy, and now I can’t switch again. So I’m stuck without medication that I desperately need to function. This place is awful and has predatory practices to make more money.

My family and I have been loyal customers of this pharmacy for years and were always treated kindly, especially by the friendly front attendant. While the pharmacist has never been particularly warm, that never bothered me. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience with a new male staff member who answered the phone with a rude tone from the start, as if answering calls was a burden and helping customers wasn’t his job. He responded with foul language and a nasty attitude instead of listening to my actual question and concern he was talking over me making smart remarks completely clueless. I was shocked to later learn by the pharmacist he is one of the owners. As a business owner myself, I find it unacceptable for someone in charge of people’s health and medications to treat

I love this local pharmacy! The pharmacist knows me by name when I call! Being in the healthcare field I look for places like these where you are treated as a valued human being, not just some number. She really takes the time to get to know the people in her community that she serves! Thank you for all that you do!

very nice knowledgeable people staff is very good friendly. The pharmacy is very clean. You can buy small gifts there and smells so good in there.
