Paoli Pharmacy

I live in King of Prussia but still drive to Paoli to use this independent Good Neighbor Pharmacy for their friendliness and the ease of doing business with them. It's great to shop where they know you and want to know you. They usually have special meds in stock, but if not, they'll have it the next day. Same for medical equipment and supplies. I've been their satisfied customer for over 30 years.

Awesome customer service from start to finish! Rented a lift chair post surgery and everyone I dealt with was kind, professional and quick to respond. The chair was great and I highly recommend Paoli Pharmacy/Gateway Home Health Care.

They filled our prescriptions quickly, had medications that the big brand pharmacies didn’t have in stock, and they put a little American flag attached to the bag in honor of Veteran’s day!

Been using the pharmacy for some 50 years. Family owned. Two of the owner's children are among its pharmacists. All the staff offer a real personal touch to their services. For example, they know the regulars and greet us by name. And.....I once found that the prescription price for a drug I needed was waaaaay under the prices of CVS and Walgreens. Finally, if you need any medical equipment, e.g., wheel chairs, special shoes, canes, crutches, and so forth, they have a special area for it. In short, this is one of the last of the tremendous small businesses that this country enjoyed in the past.

This store and the woman who helped size my walking boot were amazing. She came out to the car since I was in wheelchair and didn’t want to get it out of car to go in store.
