I'm here at Paoli Hospital after having a lumbar laminectomy on my L4, L5, & S1. I love this place! Everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to make you feel at ease. From the er nurses to the nurses on the floor, and the cleaning staff. Everyone was so nice! The care was impressive! If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we couldn't get the room temperature up. No matter what temperature we put it on it was still cold in here. I just beefed up on the blankets. I'm going home today so not a big deal, but definitely something they need to address. It's set at 93 degrees and still feels cold in here.

A few weeks ago I went to the ER with symptoms including bad pelvic pain. They did a CT scan of my head but refused to check my pelvis. My OBGYN wrote me a prescription for a pelvic ultrasound. I received a pelvic ultrasound at Paoli Hospital outpatient imaging 8 days ago. They told me it would take 2 to 3 days for results. Here I am with ovarian cysts and in need of surgery but still waiting 8 days later for my ultrasound results. I will never use this facility again for outpatient imaging. Whenever I've gone elsewhere I've received results in about a day. The app function for contacting them also does not work. The outpatient imaging facility was also a bit run down. The room was too small. I practically had to rest my foot on the ultrasound tech because she and my foot were against the

I had to visit the ER for an emergency appendectomy. All of the staff—including the doctors and nurses—were kind, professional, and very trustworthy. I was especially impressed by how quickly they checked on my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Most of all, I truly appreciated how kind and attentive they were to my wife, which meant a great deal to us.

My son, who has mental health issues, was admitted after an e-bike accident. We repeatedly tried to communicate with the hospital that he does not respond well to hospital settings and asked how the hospital would manage his medical marijuana usage while there. "Above my pay grade" I was told twice while my son became more and more disoriented and aggressive as we had warned the hospital would happen. They disregarded everything we told nurses, floor management and security that he would do. Although he asked to leave, and he is 18, they would not let him. Instead, my final call from the floor nurse was, "No one is allowed to punch someone, he's going to jail." Paoli Hospital had given my son good care at another time - Dr Brilliant - for example. They let us take him home. But this time,

I went to Paoli Hospital ER on January 16th. I arrived about 8:00. I was taken care of quite quickly and was in a room by 8:30. My nurse was Kassia . She was competent, professional and kind. I got a cat scan by a lovely young woman who was also kind and caring and a pro. At 11:00 everything changed. Someone who I guess was a doctor came in and kept asking me if I wanted to leave. She said my cat scan had yet to be read by the radiologist. She kept telling me that I was free to go if I wished. I told her that she was sending me a message to not let the door hit me in the butt. I mentioned to my husband that I thought her attitude was bad and she was “bitchy”. A nurse overheard this comment and started yelling at me. Telling me about disrespect. I explained to him that respect is a two way
