I have been bringing my son here since he was 2 years old. He will be 15 this year. He has always had the same insurance. Go some reason, without an email, call, letter, text ANYTHING his insurance apparently terminated on the first of Jan 2026. Well two days ago my son started getting sick, pretty sure strep throat. But with the flu going around in wanted to take him in to get tested for all of it. No problem. I can make an appointment- everything is fine 5 mins later I get a call telling me his insurance terminated on the 1st and they don’t know why. That’s fine I’ll figure it out- in the meantime I asked what it would be out of pocket (keep in mind I am a very poor single mother. Currently on the phone and have been waiting for 26 mins. All I needed was to ask if they take new patients and the lady didn’t even ask what I needed, just put me on hold and have been waiting since. Drove by and it’s not even busy, Horrible & lazy customer service.

Dr. Suarez is a great pediatrician, super caring and friendly. I moved from NYC and she is so far the best here and there. She really loves her job. I recommend her 100% 👍

shes good !! Its hard to schedule becuase there always so busy!! But she knows what shes doing!!
