Panhandle Obstetrics and Gynecology

I absolutely love Dr. Freeman. He is extremely professional and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. As long as he is not delivering a baby my appointment is fast and flawless. The nurses are sweet and nice. If I have one suggestion it would that the front office staff greet with a smile and a kind hello.

Dr. Wilkerson is truly the best. She's listened to every single concern of mine since my very first visit 4 years ago. She's absolutely amazing and so kind. I recommend her to every woman I know!

Tried to come on as a new patient because my Dr. moved out of state. I had an appointment in January (that they never confirmed with me) that I unfortunately missed because I was called into work last minute and couldn’t find coverage. I understand policy but it’s a bit rude that they wouldn’t even let me explain the situation before cutting me off and saying it’s policy that they will not see me ever again because I missed this appointment. I’m sorry I also have obligations that couldn’t be changed. Sorry I also forgot to call but as someone who works, has kids and going to school myself it’s hard to find time in working hours to call. Once again I understand it’s policy but the lady who told me this could have been nice about it.

I had an appointment and had a legitimate issue. My problem was brushed off like it was no big deal. I was very disappointed in Dr. Menges, and I will not go back. Her bedside manner is very lacking. Even my job was a mockery to her. She was very rude. I have no idea why she chose to be an OB/GYN. She doesn’t care about her patients.

This review is mainly for the lady that answers the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service, simply tried to make an appointment, I guess they don’t take my insurance, which is fine, that’s all she had to say. I didn’t need the ugly attitude, or the hang up. Dr freeman is the very best Dr. But the lady that answers the phone probably needs to be trained again.
