The only reason I believe they’re still in business is because they’re the only dentist in town. Not impressed with their services. My son ended up with a cavity when they drilled it apparently they killed the tooth which caused an infection underneath the tooth. The dentist prescribed three different types of antibiotics none of them having an effect. So for three weeks, my kid had this infection under his tooth and a blister in his gum line that caused him quite a bit of pain. The dentist finally decided that the tooth needed removed scheduled appointment just to look at it and then another appointment to remove it. On top of that the appointment just to look at the tooth that was infected was written up as a (limited exam) which counted as one of my sons yearly exams/cleanings so when h

Front office staff is less than professional, dentist and assistants in the back are great. Sad that I may switch my son to a new dentist based on the way the office staff acts towards clients.

Yesterday was our first time going to Pana Dental. Took my 2yr old who had not yet seen a dentist. From the front desk to our hygienist to Dr. Stockton, everyone was friendly and made my daughter and I both feel at ease. Thank you so much for making this the best first dentist experience for my girl!

They're not an understanding dentist, after the third missed appointment you will recieve a dismissal letter, and you won't be accepted back. They have plenty of patients. Like any other dentists they do not value you, only your ability to show so they recieve payment.

Had an appointment this morning 7/14/23. Had one the best experiences! I have not had a bad experience with Pana Family Dental. Dr. Clarke and his assistants were very informative went step by step with me on the dental plan. Thank you Pana Family Dental!
