Pan-Am Dental Lab has been doing a great job. We are very happy with the quality of their work especially the AOX, they come back needing no additional adjustments most of the times. Ben the lab technician is very knowledgeable and helpful with the complex cases and delivers good customer service as well.

I have been using PanAm Dental Lab for over two years and have been extremely happy with their quality of work and exceptional customer service. I am a very detailed oriented dentist, and I make sure that I have all the data that the lab needs to make a great product (digital impressions, photos, lab scripts). The turn around time for basic products is quick and more difficult cases take a little longer, but I’d rather have the attention to detail for my bigger cases and it take a little longer. I do a lot of complex cases involving implants and crown and bridge, my lab tech who manages my cases is easy to connect with by text, email and phone. We get consistent quality for C&B; I send them a ton of implant restorations and, once we dialed in my preferences, it's been smooth sailing. 90-95% of restorations just drop in to place. Pan-Am Dental Laboratory is knocking it out of the park with their crown and bridge work. Excellent margins, contacts and occlusion come with every case!
