Poorly managed vaccine experience, even with an appointment, we had to wait in line for an hour and half! I had vaccine shots at the mountain view location and the wait was usually less than 10 minutes. Clearly the management at the Palo Alto location didn't put enough thoughts into the patient experience. The staff was not apologetic at all and had this "you should be glad you are getting the vaccine today" attitude :(

All is going well here. Just saw my doctor and went to the lab. My first time in this lab in 15-20 years. After checking in...I was taken in for blood draw 15 minutes later. A great system in this lab now. Last time I was in this lab it took 2-1/2 hours to be called. Not good. Better system now, even during Covid-19.

Easy entry from El Camino even though there is a lot of traffic. Underground parking has a lot of handicap parking but some days they will be full and you need to continue on to the 2nd connected lot. Both lots have plenty of space. I've gotten lost going into the building from the back lot as the elevator going up is in the patient treatment area. The first parking lot has a large entrance and is well signed. There is a help desk on the left side upon entering the building from the 1st parking lot. The buildings are lettered and easy to identify. People are friendly and can help point the way if you miss all the identifies coming in.

Terrible experience. The phone agent first scheduled me a wrong provider who didn’t actually treat my elbow problem. Then after they found the mistakes they just directly canceled the appointment without notifying me. I just went to the hospital and knew my appointment was cancelled. Surprise!!!

Worst healthcare ever I almost always feel worse after I visit them practicing medical quackery not any science or anything based in truth. The patient relations department leaves a no response phone number and essentially ignores people what a load of BS. They also neglected essential routine medical care needed for diagnosis of major issues with my eyes. I also needed a medical machine for a condition that I have which they cancelled without consulting me and now the machine vendor has told me it is on backorder for over 5 months making my condition get so much worse. Stanford and Zuckerberg hospitals are way better.
