Well I will not be coming back to this dermatologist. I was just treated very poorly. I came back on a follow-up and Ms. Patty told me that she did not have time for what I had going on today. On top of that the same work that I came up here and got done a few months ago for roughly 200 bucks Ms. Patty is now telling me it's going to cost me $800 and then when I went to leave they charged me $100 to tell me that the new price was going to be $2,000. And also ms Patty told me that she couldn't perform her work unless something was a certain way and that's the way it is and she still told me oh well you know that would take me 30 minutes but I still don't have time to do that today so basically she's telling me that she don't have time for me or my money because I have the money That's not t

The receptionist, Anna, should not be allowed to schedule. My first visit I was told they take my insurance only for them to retract on that and charge me. Now, I have scheduled two different appointments and TWICE Anna has moved my appointment without my consent, my only way of finding out being an automated call. She booked the appointments both times for the date/time I requested and then moved them. She then lied about what date/time she initially told me. This is an extremely frustrating office to work with and I hope it is able to find someone with professional courtesy when dealing with patients.

This appointment was for my son. The office scheduled an appointment pretty quickly and he was very happy with the care provided. She was thorough in explaining exactly what she was doing and the treatment plan to follow. The office staff was extremely kind.

I have been a patient at Dr. Pamela Kennedy's office for quite a few years and have always received excellent care from her and also from her PA, Kelley McGee. Both Dr. Kennedy and Kelley are very caring and take their time to listen to my concerns every single time I visit the office. I really appreciate the fact that I never have to wait long to see them and they are always very patient with me at all of my appointments. I feel very blessed to be taken care of by such wonderful professionals and I highly recommend this practice. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful too.

Yes, the schedule is packed. However, if you show up on time you get seen on time. Everything is clean, tidy and professional. Everyone is pleasant and capable. You would be hard pressed to find someplace as welcoming.
