The first appointment, not bad. It was with a Nurse Practitioner, and she was great, ordered tests but then fell off the face of the earth. I called to be seen again since you know NOTHING was being done, And I'm told by the scheduler, well I have you down for the 23rd of January. I didn't schedule that so I inquired as to why. Apparently they wanted me to have a colonoscopy. When I told them I don't have time accumulated to take off she goes "can't you just take a Monday off?" No ma'am I'm not a geriatric patient, I have to work. They make an appt for me before Christmas and I see a different Nurse Practitioner. AWFUL. She didn't listen, chalked it up to anxiety; offered pain meds but when I told her I can't since I work with kids, she got annoyed. When I turned down another med

Dr Connors is the absolute best.. both in excellence with her medical prowess as well as her interpersonal skills.... empathy....kindness and simply said the most wonderful doctor

Doctor Connors is not only an amazing practitioner, but a genuine human being! She takes time and investigates thoroughly to ensure accurate diagnosis are made. Her bedside manner is second to none and her calming nature in times of emergencies are so reassuring. If you haven’t met her yet, do yourself the courtesy and make an appointment! You will soon see, that you are in the very best hands!

The office staff is rude, unhelpful and arrogant. They have no empathy for the customer. Too many rules and regulations. I hope Dr. Connors is aware of what's going on. Maybe she's that busy that she could care about how they treat their customers. I certainly hope not. I manage a tire store and if I treated my customers the way this office treats them. I have no customers!

I've been a patient of Dr Connors for years. For my latest colonoscopy, I was disappointed. First, you are forced to have a separate, completely unnecessary appointment before colonoscopy basically just to hand you the list of the trivial preparation instructions (dont eat solid, drink this, etc). You reluctantly acquiesce. The office is 45 minutes from our house. So you drive expecting to see doctor Connors. Surprise: a PA shows up and hands you the preparation list. You are charged a specialist's copay. Then they make you drive again for a PCR at *their* hospital (they won't accept it from anywhere else). Then, when you drive a 3rd time for the procedure you are told -- coincidentally like the previous time, 5 years before-- that "Dr Connor is running an hour+ behind". On a personal leve
