Wow!! This practice was the best, Dr. Schwartz is one of the most dedicated and caring professional I have met in a long time. I spent 45 years in health care and her knowledge, dedication to patient care, and friendly manner were refreshing. It took me back to the old fashioned way of concern, not in and out cookie cutter providers. I have worn hearing aides for 15 years and was used to the VA mode of treatment(just a number). The equipment she recommended has been a vast improvement over lowest bidder. You can't go wrong choosing this office for your needs. Oohrah for a job well done!!

On my last doctor's visit I asked them if I was up to date with my bills, they told me I was. Then 3 weeks later I received a notice saying I hadn't paid my bills and that it was being sent to a collection agency. I then called them but no one answered the phone. I called 5 times, still no answer. I left a message and a week later they still didnt return my call. I called 5 more times all around 10am on a week day. I left another message, still no return call. So I'm going to get a bad credit report because they lied and wont answer their phones.
