I strongly recommend Dr Downey for physical therapy! Dr Downey is not only the best pelvic floor and core muscle physical therapist, but she is also extremely knowledgeable about physical therapy for the whole body! Dr Downey and Leni have successfully rehabilitated me from 2 very difficult and dark times in my life. First was after my right hip arthroscopic surgery, I was having horrendous issues with my pelvic floor. And the second one was recently when i had a crippling inguinal hernia. Dr. Pam Downey is a tremendous doctor who is very knowledgeable in the area of pelvic floor, Levator Síndrome and physical therapy. She is very bright, very concerned about her patients and based on my experience she goes way beyond in helping her patients.
