Do Not Go Here. My Mother was here for a few weeks first week a brand new bottle of perfume was taken . I bought it for my Mother. I bought it from Macy’s on 3/29 it was here 2nd time using it when someone took it. I was told to bring all her medications and we did not get back her pain pills that were prescribed by the surgeon who did her back surgery also an inhaler . These items were taken from Pam’s Rehab and we were told that would not refund the perfume or return her meds. There is nothing they can do.

Horrible place my mom is currently there they pay no attention to her. Everytime I call for an update or need to speak to a nurse I’m on hold for 10 min plus. Wouldn’t recommend putting your loved one here

My husband was transferred to PAMS North after being at Doctor's Regional hospital for 2 1/2 weeks. He was transferred late in the evening to a very cold room which only had room heaters. There was no window and the machines were so loud he could not sleep. After two nights of this I called the nurses station and spoke to the charge nurse, Amber Rose. The first thing that came out of Amber Rose's mouth was that my husband was not nice to one of her sweet little nurses. I told her that my husband is freezing cold and hasn't been able to sleep because of the noise in his room for two nights and that will make him grumpy! Another time I had to call the nurse's station to ask them to please go to his room and put the call button where he can reach it. This place is inept. While I can't say

Friendly staff, very compassionate. Hallways and rooms are very clean. Didn’t have any issues with my dad being neglected or mistreated during his stay. Don’t have anything bad to say about this place.

This is a great facility. My father was well taken care of and improved daily thanks to all of the nurses, doctors, case managers, and everyone involved in his recovery that work there. We are so grateful.
