The people and staff have been charming and polite. The PT and OT have been fabulous. Dylan was a wonderful start. Katherine was lovely and patient. Madison was funn and made him laugh it also challenged him. But most of all Miseal who was patient,listened well, always responded promptly , He made pawpaw feel loved. Never was overly aggressive with getting him out of bed.For being such a young man he has maturity beyond his age. He will make an excellent employee for a long time. The only experience that is people being impatient with allowing him to and trying to move him to quickly. Also, turning lights on at 5:45am when the patient is sound asleep is ridiculous.

My husband having suffered a massive heart attack and emergency surgery for massive blood clots was transported to PAM Rehabilitation Hospital for further care and recovery. I can say without a doubt our experience at PAM has been exceptional, all of the staff are professional caring and have given amazing care and attention to my husband. And the facility is so clean and the food is yummy. I must mention Daniel an RN, a young man with much wisdom, gave my husband not only the medical care he needed, but the emotional and loving support so crucial for healing body soul and spirit. Daniel treated my husband with love, dignity always greeting him with peace when he came in his room… I can say without a doubt by creating an atmosphere of acceptance and love my husband enjoyed his stay at PAM

When my husband was diagnosed with cancer and lost all his strength after his first round of chemo, we chose PAM Rehab Hospital. From working with Tasney at Seton Central to all the people at PAM, we have had excellent care. The nurses, especially Phyllis, were kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome as a caregiver. They provided delicious meals for both of us. PT and OT were very helpful, especially Paul and Charles. They were kind and respectful and pushed him to work hard, which is what he needed. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would highly recommend PAM.

Today the entire staff made sure my 97 year old paw paw received daily mass at 7 AM with no interruptions. I want to thank all the staff for honoring the importance of the gospel of the lord. Jaime even put a sign on the door for no interruptions. Phyllis (RN) said she would help keep people from coming in and out the door. They honored the most important part of his life which is spirituality and serving the lord, God. Amen

I was a patient for a weeks stay after an 8 day stay in the hospital following a major surgery. The staff of PAM in Round Rock was excellent. The physicians, nurses, therapists, technicians and all support staff were extremely caring, professional and genuinely strived to have you gain independence and return home as soon as possible. I appreciated all the great care I received at PAM. Thank you!
