This has to be the most professional facility in healthcare I’ve ever been to. I have had over 20 surgeries in 12 years and aftercare was always a challenge. A painful frustrating and traumatic experience always. This was my first time getting transferred to Pam from Sanford ICU. Alll departments, including the nursing PT, OT, speech therapy, nurses, nurse practitioners, aftercare coordinator, charge nurses, MD’s , assistants, the chefs. I literally mean every single person employed there truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are. As a patient and are not just a number in our well taken care of. 110% of the time you’re not just another number. Some huge facilities treat you like a problem not a patient. Not at Pam. they treat you like family. My score for Pam

I found PAM to be a very caring and compassionate facility. The staff is very kind. My nursing care was great, even at 4AM. The food was terrific. My favorite was the beef stroganoff. The therapy staff was very attentive and understanding to my situation. Always happy. They really challenged me. Dr. Carey was a great listener and quick to respond. Everything was arranged for my discharge. I didn’t have to take care of anything. I definitely recommend PAM.

I spent a week at PAM following my hospitalization after a car accident. I arrived with two broken legs and a broken hand. My heart was a little broken too. I felt afraid and uncertain about what my future held in store. Each day at PAM, I gained strength, skills, independence, and confidence. The staff was incredibly compassionate and fun. The food was hearty and delicious. My family was made to feel welcome: my husband participated in my therapy sessions and my 12 year old son was allowed to sleep over in my room on the weekend. I feel ready to go home and tackle the rest of my recovery. Thank you, PAM!

The therapists were great. I can't believe. How quickly I was able to regain soo much function. They push me as far as I was willing to push myself. I'm glad I chose PAM. Food was great. Everyone seemed to care. My only complaint would been policy of needing help to pee and having to wait fora nurse or aid. When I could do myself. I almost peed myself a few times.

My husband was a patient at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital for two weeks after back and neck surgery. He received a combination of physical therapy and occupational therapy three times a day. The therapists were all knowledgeable and kind. We feel they did a great job to get us ready to return home. Along with increasing his strength and endurance I was taught how to care for him regarding the braces he will have to wear for two more months. The doctors, nurses, aids, cleaning staff, kitchen staff and office staff treated us with kindness and respect and took good care of my husband’s needs. Our case manager was very informative in helping us plan for care after we got home. We recommend PAM Rehabilitation Hospital as we feel his recovery was accelerated by the therapy he received.
