The newly built Palouse clinic is modern and clean. The staff are very helpful and well organized. Angie Smith is a wonderful primary provider. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend the clinic for Palouse residents.
Sandy is very humble and down to earth. She views and treats her patients with respect and dignity. I have seen Sandy every 2-3 months for about 4 years now. She is very easy to confide in and keeps the best outcome for the patient in mind. I respect her very much and have been shown the same respect from her that is unlike most doctor/patient visits. L. Palouse Health is excellent! Jennifer Davis is a very caring and professional provider, she worked quickly to get us the referrals and imaging we needed for spine issues.
My husband and I are extremely ill. We wanted to go to Urgent Care but can’t drive because we’re both too sick. Palouse Health won’t see us because they’re booked. The woman who answered the phone was rude and told me we needed to establish care there first. I’ll never try there again for help
