The emergency room is a horrible wait. I was admitted and the care was excellent

I waited over five hours to see the doctor. Then waited 12 hours to get a room. Every hospital emergency room is very busy nowadays, it’s becoming the norm for waiting in the emergency room. you do know if it’s like an extreme emergency that you’ll be taken care of at Palos Hospital quickly.I think they are doing extremely good job under the circumstances that they have to work with. Can you imagine if Palos hospital was not there for all of us to go to. Caring professional people working very hard here!

This hospital is not helpful to the patient. My mom has been in the ER since 4:00 pm and its currently 8:04 am We were tol that there are no rooms. We consistently ask what is going on and we don't get no replay. The staff acts uncaring and unconcerned toward the client. How can you be a real hospital if you are not about the business of helping people.

Disgusting careless from doctors to CNA‘s in every way My dad was Admitted to the Palos community hospital three days ago, the Care has went down tremendously low basically they do not care I asked for Tylenol for my father four hours later no Tylenol I had to go and ask again another hour before that Tylenol came for my father. The great of cleaning is disgusting my pictures of the room should show you how disgusting it was a needle on the floor his Foley catheter bag is leaking and I wish I took a picture of his bedsheets where there was blood everywhere from putting an iv in for two days before I myself had asked to have it changed. I asked three days in a row to have my father bathed no one even cared I had to give them a shower .This hospital was number one to me now the way it is no
