Palomino Place

Great group of people, friendly and helpful with great energy. They took great care of my father when he was in a time of need and tended to his needs. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family member needed rehab or long term placement.

So my loved one has been here for 7 months now and it's been nothing but on going issues and they blame the loved one for the issues and they have a new nurse super visor and I will just say this she is not a person to be in that position or even in the medical field period. She promises things to get done quickly and efficiently. And that is just lip service because nothing changes. And she gets very very agitated very very quickly and has excuses. But don't offer a solution to the problem so in short what was once a decent place has become a very very offal place to have a loved one at before you bring your loved one here i would really look in the city of mesquite at other places before settling for this place don't come here if you really love your loved one

We had such an amazing time during the Thanksgiving Dinner! And i just have to say that me and my famiky really enjoyed the Food and delicious Meal!! The Cheff did an amazing Job. 🙌🏻😊 Also the environment was so nice and we felt like Family. What an amazing nigth.

3/4/26 No response from email i sent . No improvements in care made.The 24/7 clinical support is a joke.**Today, 2/16/26, The new director of nursing contacted me. Today is her first day and she is attempting to address all these issues. She assured me that she is investigating and will correct any problems or issues with staffing and the treatment of all patients. I am willing to give her the opportunity to work with the staff , and I agree the M-F 1st shift were doing their jobs, but will continue to monitor his treatment. Ms Tull was very professional and was the first person to contact me about these concerns. One last breakfast, one more lunch, possibly one more dinner too. One last OT, one last PT, Gotta pass 90+ degrees on Wendy the Winch, on my “ to do” list left to do. Looking forward to leaving this place behind me, but may possibly be back here in 6-8 weeks to get through. The people have been nice enough, the food is decent too. Thank you Palomino Place, you have great staff, working for you! Wendy Kronick
