My experience at Paloma Springs Facility was very disappointing, largely due to Jazmine Hall’s behavior. She was rude, dismissive, and not welcoming at all. Customer service matters, especially in a healthcare setting, and this experience fell far below expectations. Definitely don’t bring your loved ones here especially with this employees attitude.
Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Very helpful. They treat the residents with respect. I'm happy and I think my husband is going to be happy here.
The receptionist and nurses were kind and helpful. I felt welcomed and comfortable there.The facility was clean and fresh. Thank you ladies, will look forward to working with you in the future... Kate
The staff is very helpful and nice! I feel like my Dad is in a safe clean environment! Jasmine and activity staff thanks for the fun activities for Halloween! We had so much fun! 😊
