From day one, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely compassionate. His therapy team worked closely with him, keeping him motivated and supported, which led to a faster-than-expected recovery. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Communication was excellent—our questions were always answered promptly, and we always felt included in his care plan. Seeing how quickly he regained strength and confidence was truly remarkable.
